As the mobile Pastor of this mobile Ministry and a volunteer in our organization, the power of positive thinking has dominated Pr. Rui’s method of operation, helping to get the ministry established firmly. If he was retired, JC’s Place Ministries would be his choice of retirement fulfillment. A role of leadership and blessing to those on the streets would be his mission in retirement.  Meanwhile, he is available to those on the street for counseling, prayer, and support in areas that people request his help.
